Follow the instructions provided for collecting the sample.

Clean the finger with the swab provided.

Remove the protective cap from the safety lancet.

Place the lancet against the finger to draw blood.

Massage the finger gently to encourage blood flow. To collect the blood droplets, touch the edge of the collection tube onto the drop.

Collect blood droplets until the tube is filled to the orange line.

Write your name on the label on the transport tube and place the blood sample in it. Return the sample to CNS in the plastic post safe box in the pre-paid envelope provided
