Cambridge Nutritional Sciences Ltd (CNS) is a subsidiary of Omega Diagnostics Group PLC, a provider of diagnostic products for use in hospitals, clinics and laboratories in over 100 countries.
CNS specialises in the field of immunodiagnostics and offers to both healthcare professionals and the general public a wide range of CE Marked tests for food intolerance and other conditions. We aim to provide our customers with high quality products together with superior standards of service and technical support.
Working in conjunction with its sister company, Genesis Diagnostics Ltd, CNS pioneered the application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)-based technology to food intolerance testing and, using this scientifically proven technique, have developed a novel macroarray-based assay, Food Detective™, and a panel of microarray-based assays, Foodprint®.These innovative and market-leading tests identify foods causing IgG antibody production which has been linked to a number of chronic conditions including eczema, migraine, asthma, depression and arthritis.
Our base at Littleport, Cambridgeshire, is purpose-built and accommodates laboratories that are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Our quality management system is ISO9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certified. CNS is also a member of the British In Vitro Diagnostics Association (BIVDA).
